K. Scott Malone, M.D., B.S. Biomedical Engineering
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Our CEO is a Sports Medicine Expert with twenty-five years of experience, trained and endorsed by world-renowned Sports Medicine Dr. James R Andrew MD. The founder is also a biomedical engineer and has secured AI/ML patents for the company. His practice focuses on Non-Operative Orthopedics, Rehabilitation of Orthopedic injuries, and Workers’ Compensation. He has performed extensive research and training in impairment and disability.  

Dr. Malone is a Diplomat (Fellow) American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is  Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine and a  Fellow of the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators (formerly the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Professionals). Dr. Malone is the Executive Director of Middle Georgia (Middle Georgia Orthopedics).  Dr. Malone has Team Physician or Medical Consultant experience with the NFL Europe and  Green Bay Packers, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, NBA Development League, NHL (Birmingham Bulls), Collegiate level Auburn, Troy State, Grambling,  and Ft. Valley State University. He was the Co-Chair of the State of GA Athletic Trainer’s  board and is a Medical Advisor to the State of GA Athletic and Entertainment Commission.  

Dr. Malone is also Chair of the National Eagle Scout Association Middle GA Section. He is a past recipient of the National Medicine Association’s distinguished Physician of the Year. He is a Member of the American Medical and National Medical Assoc and the American Assoc of Orthopedic Medicine. He is a founding member of the American Academy of Medical Entrepreneurs. He is a recent  Fellow of the American College of Health Data Management.

David Cooke
Chief Operating Officer

David Cooke retired from Wall Street after 26 years as a Mergers & Acquisition Executive. With 12 years in investment banking with Prudential-Bache, Citicorp and Merrill Lynch and 13 years in legal as a Director at the international law firm of Kaye Scholer LLP, David was part of the leadership team in closing over six-hundred Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 mergers, acquisitions, IPO’s, LBO’s, private equity and securitization deals.

Notable deals included KKR, RJR/Nabisco, CBS/Sony, IBM/Lotus, AOL/Time Warner, Pfizer, Dell, Gateway, Boeing/Onex, Airbus, Sprint, Grey Goose/Bacardi, Nestle/Hot Pockets and many other high-profile domestic and international deals. For the past six years, David has worked as a management consultant advising C-level executives in the United States, United Kingdom, Caribbean, and Europe on operational excellence, crisis management, growth strategies, branding, marketing, technology, and investor strategy.

James A Sims, Jr, Esq.
Chief Business Development Officer

James has been representing professional athletes as an attorney for more than 25 years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Mr. Sims has extensive experience and success in pursuing and protecting the employment rights and benefits of athletes. He has represented players in workers’ compensation actions and other civil and criminal matters in state and federal court.  Mr. Sims began his legal career as in-house counsel for several banks and financial institutions, where he gained broad experience in various corporate, employment matters, and business transactions. He has represented athletes in contract negotiations and other areas of their personal and business lives since 1987.  Mr. Sims was an adjunct professor of the John F. Kennedy School of Law and Graduate School of Psychology for 10 years, teaching courses in Sports Law. He has served as an advisor to the National Football League Players Association Agent Advisory Committee. Mr. Sims is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, including the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Phillip Miles
Chief Financial Officer

Phillip graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology.  He became the SouthEast tax partner in charge of mergers and acquisitions.  Phillip has always worked in healthcare as an advisor and owner.  He is current majority shareholder in Curepoint, LLC.  He also owns a medical revenue cycle and a revenue cycle online training company the Medical Management Institute. 

Phillip also works daily with other physician groups from financing to payer contracting to clinical needs.  Phillip was on the board of the Bobby Dodd Institute for over 20 years and served as the Chairman for 3 of those years.

Reid Jones
Chief Investor Relations Officer

Capital Raise lead for four start-ups, Owner and/or Co-Owner of multiple businesses; Invested and/or partnered in multiple start-ups in the fields of Insurance, Healthcare and Tech; Business Development responsibility in multiple companies; Governmental Affairs for multiple companies on the state level (Georgia, Florida and Alabama); BA Business Finance, Georgia Southwestern State University.

Devlin Cooper
General Council

M. Devlin Cooper is a partner with Cooper Barton & Cooper LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of eminent domain law, business litigation, probate litigation, and other corporate law. Devlin has represented businesses of all sizes serving in capacities from general counsel to litigation counsel to local counsel. Georgia Attorney General Samuel S. Olens first appointed Devlin to serve as a Special Assistant Attorney General in 2013. In that capacity, he represents the Georgia Department of Transportation in real estate matters and eminent domain/condemnation law proceedings.

He is a past Chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s Eminent Domain Section. Devlin is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was named by Georgia Super Lawyers in 2016-2021 as a Rising Star and as a Super Lawyer in 2022-2023 in the area of Eminent Domain. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from
Georgia College. During his final semester, he interned for Attorney General Edwin Meese III in the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation in
Washington, DC. He is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law, where he completed the Regulatory Law Specialty Track of study. After law school, he
clerked for the Hon. Lamar W. Sizemore, Jr. and the Hon. Tilman E. Self, III, of the Superior Courts of Georgia, Macon Judicial Circuit.
